Why we exist

Rural Türkiye does not lack good ideas. It lacks the paperwork that turns those ideas into funded work. A cooperative that knows exactly which training its members need, a municipality facing water scarcity, a young farmer who wants to modernise: each has a real problem, and each is separated from European and national funding by an application process built for specialists.

Minerva exists to close that gap. We write the proposals, assemble the consortia and run the projects, and we do it in a field we actually understand.

What we do, precisely

We are a project development consultancy. Our work is designing fundable projects, building the partnerships around them, and carrying them through coordination and reporting. Our thematic ground is agriculture technology, rural development and vocational training.

We want to be clear about the boundary, because partners deserve to know what they are getting: we design, coordinate and teach within these themes. We are not a field contractor. Hardware deployment (flying survey missions, installing irrigation equipment) is delivered by specialist suppliers and partners we bring into the consortium.

How we are organised

Minerva runs on a small core team supported by a network of project-based specialists. When a call requires cooperative development expertise, curriculum design or software, we bring in the specialist who has done it before, several of whom have worked together for years.

This is a deliberate choice. It keeps us fast and affordable on small-scale partnerships, and it means each project gets people with directly relevant experience rather than whoever happens to be on staff.
