What we bring

Minerva's role in a consortium

Thematic expertise

Agriculture technology and rural development know-how, and the ability to translate it into project design, curricula and pilot actions.

Türkiye field access

Pilot sites, farmer networks and cooperative contacts across Çukurova, one of the Mediterranean's largest agricultural basins.

Reliable administration

Validated PIC/OID, responsive project coordination, disciplined reporting, and a published legal identity for due-diligence checks.

How we build consortia

A partnership is a division of labour, not a list of logos

Evaluators can tell the difference between a consortium that was assembled and one that was collected. These are the principles we apply when we put one together.

Every partner supplies a missing link

If we cannot articulate what a partner uniquely brings (accreditation, a target group, a use case, research capacity) they do not belong in the application. Passenger partners weaken the score and the delivery.

Roles are written down before signatures

Activities, deliverables, budget share and responsibilities are agreed in writing before any mandate is signed. Most consortium conflicts trace back to a role that was never made explicit at proposal stage.

Geographic and sectoral spread with a reason

Countries are chosen because the project needs what they offer: a different climate, a different regulatory context, a different training system. Not to fill a map.

Someone has to be accountable for admin

Reporting, financial follow-up and document deadlines are assigned from day one. When we coordinate, that responsibility sits with us.

Want to join the next one?

We are preparing applications for upcoming Erasmus+, Interreg, TÜBİTAK and Horizon Europe calls and are looking for partners to complete them.
