Partnering with Minerva

We build project concepts and lead consortia, and we join consortia led by others. This page explains exactly how that works, what we need from you, and what you get from us.

Two routes

Which one describes you?

Route A · We coordinate

Join a project we are building

We have the concept, we write the application and we take on coordination. You contribute your organisation's specific strength (accreditation, a target group, a real-world use case or research capacity) and a defined work package.

Best if you want to be in European projects but do not have the capacity to write and manage one yourself.

Route B · You coordinate

Bring us into your consortium

You lead. We join as the Turkish partner, with a validated PIC and OID, thematic input on agriculture and rural development, and the ability to host pilot activities in Adana.

Best if your call requires a partner from Türkiye, an SME, or a partner who can deliver local training and field access.

The process

From first email to submitted application

1

You write to us

Tell us the programme and call, the deadline, and the role you have in mind, or simply describe the problem you want to solve if you have not picked a call yet. A short email is enough; we do not need a completed form.

2

We give you an honest answer

We tell you whether the idea fits the call, whether the timeline is realistic, and whether we are the right partner. If we are not, we say so, and where we can we point you towards someone who is.

3

We agree the role and work package

Before any paperwork, we write down who does what: activities, deliverables, budget share and responsibilities. This document becomes the backbone of the application and prevents the disagreements that surface after a grant is awarded.

4

We exchange documents

We send our organisation profile, PIC/OID, legal entity form, financial identification form and signed mandate, complete and on time. Missing partner paperwork is one of the most common reasons good applications fail; it will not come from our side.

5

The application is written and submitted

If we coordinate, we draft the full narrative and circulate it for partner input well before the deadline. If you coordinate, we deliver our sections in the format and timeframe you set.

6

If funded: implementation

Activity delivery, interim and final reporting, financial follow-up and dissemination. If not funded, we ask for the evaluation summary, work out what to change, and decide together whether to resubmit.

What we provide

What you get from Minerva

  • · A validated legal identity: PIC 875959083, OID E10375630, published openly for your due-diligence checks
  • · Complete partner documentation: legal entity form, financial identification, mandate, trade registry extract, tax certificate
  • · Thematic content: agriculture technology, rural development, cooperatives, vocational training
  • · Curriculum and material development: modules mapped to EQF learning outcomes
  • · Local hosting in Adana: pilot trainings, workshops, demonstration days and partner study visits
  • · Field access: farmers, cooperatives and municipalities across Çukurova
  • · A named contact person for the whole application phase
What we need

What we ask from you

  • · The call reference and deadline: so we can check eligibility before anyone invests time
  • · Your organisation's PIC or OID, if you already have one
  • · A clear statement of the role you have in mind for us
  • · Realistic lead time. An application shared three days before the deadline rarely produces a fundable proposal; we would rather target the next round properly
  • · A responsive contact person on your side during the drafting period

Working languages

We work in English and Turkish. Applications, reporting and partner communication are handled in English.

Who we are looking for

Partner profiles for projects we are building

We are preparing applications for upcoming Erasmus+, Interreg, TÜBİTAK and Horizon Europe calls. These are the profiles that complete our consortia.

VET providers & educational institutions

Accredited training organisations, vocational schools and universities that can anchor curricula in national qualification frameworks and validate learning outcomes.

Municipalities & public bodies

Local authorities with a concrete problem to solve (water scarcity, rural depopulation, land and resource management) who can act as a real-world use case and policy channel.

Cooperatives & NGOs

Organisations working directly with farmers, women's groups and rural youth, who bring reach into the target group and credibility on the ground.

SMEs & research groups

Technology companies and research teams that contribute innovation, evidence and, where a project requires field deployment, the technical delivery capacity.

Send us the call, or just the idea

Every enquiry gets a real answer from a person, including an honest "this will not work" when that is the truth.
