Privacy & data protection
This notice explains how Minerva processes personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller

What we collect
This website has no login and no user accounts. We collect only the personal data you choose to send us (through the enquiry form, by email, or during a partnership): typically your name, organisation, country, email address and the content of your message. We do not buy personal data or collect it from third parties.
The enquiry form
The form on our contact page collects the fields shown on it: name, organisation, country, email address, the programme or call, the role you have in mind, an optional link, and your message. Submitting it requires your explicit consent, which is the legal basis for this processing (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
What happens to it: the form is handled by a single script on our own server, which sends the content as an email to office@minervadanismanlik.com.tr and sends you an acknowledgement copy. It is delivered over an encrypted connection through our email provider, which acts as our processor for transmission and mailbox hosting. There is no database, no customer relationship management system and no third-party form service. Our web server keeps its ordinary access logs, and, solely to limit automated abuse of the form, a short-lived, irreversible hash of the sending IP address with the submission times; both are deleted within days. No profiling and no automated decision-making take place.
Cookies & tracking
The site uses no cookies at all: none for advertising, none for analytics, and none for the enquiry form, which is why you are not asked to dismiss a cookie banner. We do not build visitor profiles. Any web-traffic measurement we may add is limited to privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not identify individual visitors.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We use your data solely to answer your enquiry, assess and prepare a possible partnership, and carry out the resulting project and its reporting obligations. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and, where a project proceeds, the performance of that cooperation and our legal obligations towards funding bodies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. In the context of a specific project, limited data may be shared with consortium partners, coordinators and the relevant funding authority (for example the European Commission or a national agency) strictly as the application and grant require.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a project results, for the period required by the grant and by law. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, and where it applies the GDPR, you may ask whether we hold data about you, request access, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Where you gave consent through the enquiry form, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
