Portfolio and track record
What we are building now, what we have applied for, and the institutional experience our team brings to every consortium.
AGRI-DRONE: Agri-Drone Pilots for Tomorrow
Green Skills for Sustainable Rural Logistics. A 12-month small-scale partnership that turns drone piloting into a professional, EASA-aligned green skill for young farmers and VET learners.
Precision agriculture training in Europe is fragmented and often too expensive for young rural workers. AGRI-DRONE answers with a free, open, standardised alternative: a 40-hour "Agri-Drone Basics for Sustainable Farming" curriculum, an open-source Web Mission Log for flight planning and risk assessment, and four local pilot trainings for 40–48 learners across the partner countries.
Minerva contributes the consortium's thematic expertise: we shape the agricultural content of the curriculum into a structured, replicable VET module, and we host the Turkish pilot in Adana.
Project facts
Türkiye–Poland joint R&D cooperation
Minerva takes part in an industrial research and development application under the TÜBİTAK–NCBR Türkiye–Poland bilateral call, connecting Turkish agri-tech implementation capacity with Polish research partners on applied agricultural innovation.
Re-Seed and upcoming applications
Alongside submitted applications, we maintain an active proposal pipeline, including the Re-Seed project concept and new Erasmus+ and Interreg partnerships under preparation for upcoming calls. Partner searches are always welcome.
Institutional experience our people bring
Before Minerva, our team members designed and managed donor-funded projects inside municipalities, cooperatives and technology centres. These are institutional projects of their previous organisations, not Minerva's own, but the know-how is now on our side of the table.
Climate-smart agriculture & food security
Internationally funded climate-smart agriculture employment programmes, horticulture livelihoods schemes, solar greenhouse drying and green-jobs facilities (vermicompost, wood vinegar), implemented within Adana's metropolitan municipality.
Livelihoods & social cohesion
Multi-year cash-for-work and women solidarity centre programmes, decent-work initiatives and cooperative capacity building under national and international funding, reaching thousands of refugees and host-community members.
Innovation & EU programmes
Enterprise Europe Network (COSME), Horizon 2020 innovation support, TÜBİTAK entrepreneurship programmes, an Interreg NextMED sustainability project, and a running Erasmus+ KA210 on digital & green agri-food cooperatives.
