What we can deliver in a project
Minerva was founded in 2023 and has no completed projects of its own yet. Rather than dress up our team's previous institutional work as our own case studies, we set out plainly what we are able to deliver — and what we are not.
Seven areas of delivery
Project design & application writing
Concept development, needs analysis, logical framework, work package architecture, budget construction and the full application narrative — written against the published evaluation criteria.
Grounded in: Enterprise Europe Network (COSME), Horizon 2020 innovation support and TÜBİTAK programme experience within our core team.
Project management & reporting
Coordination of partners and timelines, interim and final technical reporting, financial follow-up, quality assurance and risk management across the project lifecycle.
Grounded in: multi-year, nationally and internationally funded programmes managed by our team inside municipal and cooperative structures.
Thematic content in agriculture & rural development
Subject-matter input on precision agriculture, irrigation and water efficiency, climate-smart practices, crop monitoring, agricultural cooperatives, rural youth employment and food security — the substance that makes a proposal credible.
Grounded in: our location in Çukurova and direct working relationships with farmers, cooperatives and municipalities.
Curriculum & training material development
Training modules mapped to EQF learning outcomes, trainer guides, learner handouts, assessment rubrics and open educational resources — produced together with accredited VET providers in the consortium.
Grounded in: cooperative training programmes and non-formal education methodologies designed by our team for donor-funded cooperative programmes and Erasmus+ projects.
Local hosting, pilots & dissemination
Pilot trainings, workshops, demonstration days and partner study visits in Adana — venue arrangement, participant recruitment through local networks, and dissemination towards farmers, cooperatives and public bodies.
Grounded in: our regional network and the events capacity of our core team.
Software, automation & AI-assisted tools
In-house design and development of the digital components a project needs: web and desktop applications, data and reporting automation, and machine-learning or computer-vision components for tasks such as crop-image analysis or yield prediction.
Grounded in: fifteen years and more of software engineering within our core team.
Telemetry, cloud infrastructure & data protection
Beyond the applications themselves: telemetry and data communication for field sensors and drones, managed cloud hosting, and encrypted backup and disaster recovery for project data.
Grounded in: our team's IT infrastructure and telemetry systems background.
Where our role ends
We would rather lose a project than overstate what we can do. Minerva does not:
- · operate drones or carry out survey flights
- · install irrigation systems or field sensor hardware
- · issue accredited qualifications or certifications
- · perform laboratory analysis or primary scientific research
Where a project requires any of these, we identify and bring in the specialist supplier, research institution or accredited body that can deliver them.
How we present team experience
Several members of our core team have decades of donor-funded project experience. Those projects belong to the institutions where they were delivered — municipalities, cooperatives and technology centres — not to Minerva.
We reference them as evidence that the people doing the work have done it before, with the implementing institution always named. We do not list them as Minerva's portfolio, and we do not claim their results as ours.

Tell us which part of your project you need a partner for, and we will say plainly whether we can deliver it.
