Minerva
Team & capacity

How we are staffed

Minerva runs on a small core team and a pool of specialists brought in per project. What we carry into a consortium is not a list of titles but five capabilities sitting in one office in Adana, close to the farms and cooperatives the work is about.

What sits in the office

Five capabilities, one table

01

Proposal development & project management

Economics and project-management background built inside a technology development zone: Enterprise Europe Network (COSME), a Horizon 2020 innovation support project and TÜBİTAK entrepreneurship programmes. Covers call tracking, proposal writing, work-package and budget design, interim and final reporting.

02

External relations & consortium building

More than two decades in public administration, including leadership of a metropolitan municipality's foreign affairs department, with a portfolio of nationally and internationally funded programmes in climate-smart agriculture, food security, livelihoods and social cohesion. This is the capability that opens doors to partners and public authorities.

03

Cooperatives, training & social development

Trainer and consultant experience in cooperative development, social entrepreneurship and inclusive employment, gained on nationally and internationally funded assignments. Currently coordinating an Erasmus+ KA210 project on digital and green transition in agri-food cooperatives, and responsible for our training methodology.

04

Software, automation & AI

Fifteen years and more of software engineering across backend, web, mobile and desktop — data platforms, API integrations, microservice architectures, telemetry and IoT data pipelines, cloud infrastructure and machine-learning components such as predictive models and computer vision. This is what lets us deliver working digital tools, automation and AI-assisted components inside a project, not just documents about them.

05

Design, visibility & dissemination

Fifteen years and more in leading agencies, currently serving European clients from Vienna, with a Gold MIXX Award and a Kristal Elma (Crystal Apple) for digital advertising. Project identities, dissemination materials and training design are produced in-house — a work package most consortia have to subcontract.

Not everyone is full-time. We say this openly because it is how a company of our size actually works: a permanent core handles coordination and reporting, and the right specialist is assigned to a project when the work calls for them.

Programme experience

Where this experience was earned

Most of it was earned at previous institutions — municipalities, cooperatives and technology centres. Those are the projects of those organisations, not Minerva's. What they show is that the people who would do your work have done it before.

Programme Type of work
Erasmus+Project coordination, agri-food cooperatives, VET training design
Horizon 2020Innovation support, SME assessment
COSME · Enterprise Europe NetworkInternationalisation, company advisory
TÜBİTAKEntrepreneurship programmes, mentoring
InterregSustainability project at municipal level
Nationally and internationally funded development programmesClimate-smart agriculture, food security, livelihoods, cooperative capacity building

Individual CVs of the team members assigned to a given project are shared with partners on request and submitted with every application, where the funding bodies and institutions behind this experience are named in full.
