Frequently asked questions
The questions partner organisations, national agencies and evaluators ask us most often, answered directly.
Identity & registration
What are your PIC (Participant Identification Code) and OID (Organisation ID) numbers?
PIC 875959083 and OID E10375630. Both are validated and verifiable in the European Commission's Funding & Tenders Portal and the Erasmus+ Organisation Registration System. Our national tax ID is 6211141955.
What type of organisation are you?
A private, for-profit limited company registered in Türkiye, classified as an SME. We are not a public body and not a non-profit. Founded in 2023 in Seyhan, Adana.
Which documents can you provide for an application?
On request we supply: legal entity form, financial identification form, signed mandate letter, trade registry gazette extract, tax certificate, signature circular and our organisation profile. We aim to return complete partner paperwork well before any deadline.
Roles & programmes
Can you act as coordinator, or only as a partner?
Both, and coordination is our primary focus. We build project concepts, write the application and lead the consortium. We equally welcome joining consortia coordinated by others as the Turkish partner.
Which programmes do you work in?
Erasmus+ (small-scale and cooperation partnerships), Horizon Europe, Interreg and TÜBİTAK national and bilateral calls. Our thematic focus is agriculture technology, rural development and vocational training.
Have you completed projects of your own?
Not yet. Minerva was founded in 2023 and currently has two applications under evaluation. What we bring is our core team's track record: nationally and internationally funded projects delivered inside municipalities, cooperatives and technology centres. We present those as team experience, never as Minerva's own completed projects.
Capacity & delivery
Do you fly drones or install equipment yourselves?
No, and we want to be explicit about this. Minerva designs projects, develops training content and coordinates delivery within agriculture technology themes. Field deployment of hardware (survey flights, irrigation installation) is carried out by specialist suppliers and partners we bring into the consortium.
Can you host activities in Türkiye?
Yes. We organise pilot trainings, workshops, demonstration days and partner study visits in Adana, arranging venues and connecting the consortium with local farmers, cooperatives and public bodies across Çukurova.
How large is your team?
Minerva runs on a small core team supported by a network of project-based specialists. When a call requires cooperative development expertise, curriculum design or software, we bring in the person who has done that work before. We are transparent about this because it affects how we scope commitments.
What languages do you work in?
English and Turkish. Applications, reporting and partner communication are handled in English.
Financial & administrative
What is your co-financing capacity?
We share our financial capacity, including co-financing and pre-financing arrangements, directly with consortium partners on request, along with the supporting documentation your due-diligence process requires.
Do you charge for proposal writing?
It depends on the arrangement. As a consortium partner, our effort is covered by our budget share in the project. For organisations that want us to develop a proposal on their behalf as a service, we agree terms case by case. Ask us and we will be straightforward about it.
How do you handle personal data?
In line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. This website uses no tracking cookies and collects no personal data beyond what you choose to send us by email.
