AGRI-DRONE partnership submitted to Erasmus+ 2026 Round 1

Quadcopter drone flying over a green landscape

Minerva is proud to take part in "Agri-Drone Pilots for Tomorrow: Green Skills for Sustainable Rural Logistics" (AGRI-DRONE), a small-scale partnership application submitted under the Erasmus+ KA210-VET action for the 2026 Round 1 deadline.

The 12-month, €60,000 project unites four organisations across four countries: coordinator Cluster Green Transport (Bulgaria), accredited VET provider Consorzio ATENA Formazione Sviluppo (Italy), the Municipality of Folegandros (Greece) and Minerva (Türkiye) as the consortium's agri-tech SME.

What the project will build

  • A standardised 40-hour VET module, "Agri-Drone Basics for Sustainable Farming", combining EASA-aligned operational safety with practical precision agriculture techniques.
  • A lightweight, open-source Web Mission Log & Checklist for digital flight planning and risk assessment.
  • Four local pilot trainings for 40–48 VET learners and young farmers, including one hosted by Minerva in Adana.
  • Four public "Drone Demo Days" showcasing how precision agriculture cuts water and chemical use.

Minerva contributes the thematic design of the curriculum, translating its precision agriculture expertise into a replicable, EQF-mapped training package that will be published as an open educational resource in four languages.

The application is still under evaluation by the national agency. We will publish the outcome on this page once it is announced.
