From an idea to a funded project
This is our core business. We turn an idea into a fundable proposal, assemble the consortium around it, and carry the project through coordination and reporting — as coordinator, or as your Turkish partner with a validated PIC and OID.
Proposal development
Concept design, needs analysis, logical framework, work packages, budget construction and the full application narrative — written to the published evaluation criteria, not around them. We have sat on both sides of the form, so we know how a proposal is scored.
Consortium building
We identify and approach the partners a call actually requires, define each partner's role and work package contribution, and handle the mandate and declaration paperwork. Every partner must supply a missing link — no passenger partners.
Coordination & implementation
Project management, partner communication, interim and final reporting, financial follow-up, quality assurance and dissemination across the whole project lifecycle. When we coordinate, administrative accountability sits with us from day one.
Partner participation
When another organisation coordinates, we join as the Turkish partner — validated PIC and OID, a clearly defined technical role, thematic input on agriculture and rural development, and complete documentation delivered on time.
