Hosting in Adana
We organise pilot trainings, workshops, demonstration days and partner study visits — arranging venues and connecting the consortium with local farmers, cooperatives and public bodies across Çukurova. For consortium leaders, a ready-made pilot site is a strong asset.
Cooperative capacity building
Governance, financial literacy and marketing training for agricultural cooperatives, drawing on our team's long record in cooperative development on donor-funded and Erasmus+ projects.
